Vertigo: A Different Kind Of Dizzy

Vertigo is a type of dizziness, but unlike any other kind it is a illusion of movement when there is no actual motion taking place. A feeling of tilting, spinning, or moving around takes place. For some, dietary restrictions may include low-salt diets, chocolate, alcohol, and caffeine. A balanced diet can provide nutrients necessary for normal functions of organs.
