Vmware Fusion & Ubuntu Feisty

I decided to take lesser of a risk this time around with getting Ubuntu Feisty to install on my MacBook Pro and signed up for the Vmware Fusion beta test program Vmware Fusion. I felt this would give me the power of two operating systems that I use daily without having to boot separately. I’ve used parallels in the past for setting up other operating systems on my MacBook Pro but it lacked the tools on the Linux side to function smoothly within the OS X itself.

Installation of Fusion was simple and straight forward as was the installation of Ubuntu Fiesty. With the vmware tools installed Feisty runs pretty smooth with the exception of the mouse which is still a little jerky, but that seems to be related to fusion not feisty.
